Located in one of the best areas in Buenos Aires, this modern bright apartment will make your stay the perfect one! The location is great, really close by to Subway and Buses and main avenues such as Av Del Libertador and Av Luis Maria Campos. Blocks away are University of Belgrano, Palermo Lakes Park, Public Golf Course, Solar de La Abadia Shopping, Trendy Restaurants & Coffee Shops and Chinatown. High speed internet wifi in the apartment and Building with 24 hr Security. The space Super Bright 350 sq/ft Studio Apartment great for 2 guests located in the heart of vibrant Las Cañitas district within Belgrano Neighborhood. The studio has a Queen size quality mattress bed with a full beautiful bathroom with bathtub. It has air conditioning/heating, blackout curtains, bedside tables and reading lamps. There is a closet with hangers and drawers. The bathroom has a tub with shower, bidet and a vanity unit with mirror. In the living room there is an armchair with a breakfast table with 2 chairs. From the living room you can access a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a fridge, a toaster, an electric cooker, a coffee maker, cutlery and cookware. There is high-speed internet and LCD TV 32 inch with Cable TV. Linen and towels are provided as well as essentials to get started in your stay. The building is quite new and has a sundeck and small pool on its rooftop. Usage must be within building´s rules and behaving as an equal neighbor. No party allowed or extra people not renting the apartment. The apartment has a minimalist decoration with good taste and has been equipped recently. The location is excellent, blocks away to Subway and Buses and main avenues such as Del Libertador Ave and Luis Maria Campos Ave. One block away is Luis Maria Campos Ave and 4 blocks away is Cabildo Ave and Subway D line (Olleros station).
