Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and centrally located accommodation. With all the amenities of a hotel and the freedom of being at home, our spacious, modern, and fully equipped apartments are designed for a comfortable and independent stay. The building features a laundry room, swimming pool, gym, and 24-hour security. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-out time is Until 11:00 am. The pool is available from November 30 onwards. Please read the entire listing before making a reservation. The space Located in the Palermo neighborhood and in a new building, this apartment is an ideal place to enjoy your visit to the city, both due to its location and the amenities it provides. Extremely bright, with large windows and a beautiful balcony, it enjoys natural light throughout the day. It is ideal for 4 people – it has a bedroom with a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds according to guests' preferences, and a double sofa bed in the living room, a full bathroom, a half bathroom, and a kitchen. With a minimalist and modern design, the apartment offers all amenities: cable TV, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning. Additionally, the building has a pool and a barbecue area! Guest access Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out time is until 11:00 AM. - Any check-in/out after 10:00 PM and before 9:00 AM incurs an additional charge of USD $30 according to our company policies. If you need the apartment to be available before 8:00 AM, you must make your reservation from the previous day. - No smoking: Any trace of smoke odor inside the apartment will be penalized with a fine equivalent to USD $100 for the number of nights of the total reservation. - Visitors: Up to 2 people can be invited to the apartment, with the use of common building facilities for guests prohibited. - Additional charges: The maintenance of the property and its furniture is the responsibility of the tenant; any loss or breakage will be charged at the market value on the day of check-out. This includes excess dirt, stains on sheets or towels from makeup, blood, or similar, breakage of dishes or electronic devices, breakage or loss of remote control, damage to mattresses, pillows, sofas, furniture, or loss of apartment keys. - Upon entering, always carry your identification so that the security team grants you access to the apartment. - The elevator has a capacity of up to 3 people. - Respect the rest hours, even on weekends. - Cigarettes cannot be thrown from the balcony. - Trash bins are located in the middle of the emergency staircase, and recyclable waste must be separated from wet waste (there are two different bins for each classification). Amenities: - Amenities are for the exclusive use of guests during the designated hours set by the building. In the case of having guests, these spaces are off-limits to them. 1) POOL - The pool hours are from Monday to Monday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. - When you finish using the pool, ensure you are dry, appropriately dressed, and wearing shoes before entering the elevator. - Eating and drinking around or inside the pool are PROHIBITED (it is fenced). 2) GYM -The gym hours are from Monday to Monday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. -Always be dressed and have your back covered when using the gym. -Listening to music aloud is prohibited. 3) LAUNDRY - For use, you must request the key from the security team. It is located in the underground and is used with tokens, which you can obtain from the directions inside the laundry (you must get the tokens and washing implements on your own). 4) GRILL -The use must be coordinated in advance with the security team. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN THE IMPOSITION OF THE RESPECTIVE FINE ACCORDING TO THE BUILDING REGULATIONS
