The building has free washing and dryer machines for clothes, swimming pool and a place with a barbecue (prior reservation required) Located close to the underground, train and bus lines, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. The space This luminous studio has a private balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. It has a King bed, private bathroom, kitchen, 2 bar stools and a table (that can be used either to dine or work.) The building is very modern and you will most certainly run into both local people and tourist while you stay at it. Guest access Guests can access the swimming pool (from 9am to 8pm), use the washing and dryer machines for clothes, and use the barbecue in the building for lunch or diner (prior reservation required, subject to availability) Other things to note There are many restaurants and bars nearby. Due to its prime location you will run into many tourists in the surrounding area of the building. You will be able to travel the city by underground, bus and/or train since they stop nearby. Crossing the street of the building you will also find a Carrefour express supermarket
