On the shared terrace, enjoy access to the pool and barbecue with a view of the Rural. You'll also have access to a laundry room in the building's basement. We look forward to hosting you! The space It's a bright and quiet studio apartment, ideal for resting or working, with a beautiful view right in the heart of Buenos Aires. It is fully equipped. The kitchen features an under-counter refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and complete tableware. Additionally, it includes a smart TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. Furthermore, the building offers a pool, barbecue area, washing machine, and dryer. Guest access You'll have access to all the building amenities: barbecue area, pool from December to March, and laundry facilities. Other things to note The accommodation includes the use of the pool during the summer season and a laundry room for free use!
