Late check-in/out will incur a $30 fee. The space IMPORTANT Parties and gatherings are not allowed. The submission of each guest's documentation and confirmation of check-in/check-out times are required to complete the reservation. There must be a match between the profile information (residence), the registered mobile number in the app, and the provided identification. If this is not the case, the necessary information must be provided to ensure the security of your accommodation. DESCRIPTION The apartment is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. It’s ideal for digital nomad couples or international travelers. It’s also suitable for small groups, as the sofa is a sofa bed that can accommodate a third guest. The apartment is delivered with a high standard of cleanliness and all essential services. If you need additional towels, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate the washing and drying. This service is completely free of charge. CLEANING SERVICE We offer a free cleaning service for stays longer than 15 days. The cleaning must be coordinated in advance through both the Airbnb chat. For safety reasons, at least one guest must be present during the entire cleaning process. Guest access The amenities, including the terrace, pool, gym, and meeting room, are located on the top floor of the building and are shared with the building's residents. As per the co-ownership regulations, we require guest documentation to ensure proper access to these common areas.
