Studio with all the comforts for two people, in a first class building located in the center of Palermo Soho. The terrace has a pool, gym and an area to relax. The building is close to restaurants, bars, the designer shopping district, the forests of Palermo, and with excellent access to the subway and Metrobus. The space It is a modern building of excellent quality with details that make the stay unique and very comfortable. Many of the apartments host tourists and that creates a very friendly and interesting atmosphere for the stay in the city. At the entrance of the building you are greeted by a security guard who is located 24 hours a day and is always available to enter the building. The apartment is very spacious and overlooks a very quiet and wooded street. It also has air conditioning, although this is not an apartment where the heat sits a lot. It has a king-size bed that can also be split into two and a half-place beds. Opposite is a 32-inch SMART TV with its own Netflix account on a long desk. The apartment has WI-FI INTERNET. For breakfast/lunch/dinner area you have a very comfortable sofa with a table and a chair. The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, electric stove, all the necessary cooking utensils. Dishware is available for three. It has a toaster, coffee maker and electric drink and large fridge with freezer. The apartment includes 1 set of sheets and towels in case of a stay of less than one week. Staying more days includes extra play of everything. It has a plate with large mirrors.
