Welcome to this large, modern loft, with minimalist decor, where you can enjoy a large balcony and own terrace to which you only access. Contas with work space, washing machine, full equipped kitchen and a portable grill! Located in the neighborhood of Palermo Hollywood, close to the best bars and restaurants, steps from the Los Arcos Shopping Center and easy access to the main means of transportation. The space The 40 m2 loft is ideal to enjoy up to 3 people. The first feeling you'll feel is the spaciousness, the light coming in from the balcony, and the camo décor that identifies you. It has a king bed (1.90 x 1.90), hotel category mattress, and a wide guarded placard. There is a comfortable armchair (0.90 x 1.80) prepared so that an additional guest can rest, air conditioning cold/hot, Smart TV 43'so you can start on your streaming platform. If you need to work, you have a desk with an ergonomic chair and high-speed WiFi. You will find a spacious integrated kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric turkey, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils. A plus...there's an electric grill! The bathroom is full equipped with shampoo, conditioner, towels and hairdryer. And finally from the loft you access your own large terrace overlooking BA! Guest access ARRIVAL AVAILABLE: 24/7 - In the event that they arrive within the hours of service (9 to 18h), the delivery of keys will be in person at the door of the building - In case of arriving after hours, contas with 3 options: 1. Hire an airport shuttle service that is in our trust, who can hand over the keys and take them to the accommodation 2.
