Newly renovated! 🏠 Cosy, well-equipped and ideally located, our apartment occupies the ground floor of a building in Palermo. It has its own private entrance though an internal walkway, is within walking distance of transport, surrounded by cafés, shops, a new gourmet area and a huge variety of restaurants. The apartment has 1 bedroom (1 double bed), a living-room with dining area and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful and cozy patio once you go into the house and full bathroom. The space Comfortable, bright and charming ground floor apartment with its own entrance and an internal patio where a good mate can be enjoyed. The living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen are next to each other; the full bathroom is located off the living-room area with the entrance from the patio and through a stair you can find a deskroom where you can work in a very relax environment. The bedroom and the living room have two large windows, with blackout blinds made of iron that ensure privacy. In addition, the whole apartment has bars for our guests' peace of mind. The deskroom, located in an upper room through a stair, is equipped with a desk for working or connecting to the Internet, a comfortable chair and a library to work or connect to the internet. In the living-room, there's a dining table and television. The sofa is ideal for resting and reading on and can also serve as a bed for a third or fourth guest. (The sofa-bed could be for two people, but we suggest that they are children as it is not the most comfortable place for two adults to sleep.) There is and A/C in the living room that provides air to the most of the apartment. Also, there is a A/C in the bredroom. The patio off the living and once you enter into the house is a good spot for a nice Argentinian wine or a cup of coffee. It's also equipped with a washing machine. Keep in mind that we will be flexible if you want to leave your bags before or after your entry so you can visit the city comfortably without charging additional. Guest access There are no services or common areas, since the entrance and patio are private. Other things to note Palermo is an area with a wide variety of restaurants and bars so has a lively nightlife on weekends
