My flat is located in Puerto Madero, the newest and most modern area of Buenos Aires. The old town and the traditional tango district of San Telmo are within easy walking distance. All the sights and nice restaurants are nearby. Also the marina. There is a large promenade in front of the house for strolling or jogging. You will love my accommodation because of the great view, the convenient location and the exciting surroundings. The space The apartment is equipped with: Living room with sofa Dining table and chairs Counter with high chairs 1 flat screen TV in the living room, 1 small wall-mounted TV in the bedroom air conditioning Fully equipped kitchen Fridge/freezer combination Bathroom with bathtub and shower Bedroom with a double bed or two single beds (box-spring bed) Balcony with beautiful seating set Service in the house: Two pools, only open during the day Security 24h, at the reception the guest(s) must register and sign in with passport or identity card on arrival. Maximum of two guests possible. Guests are not allowed to receive visitors and parties are not permitted. Guest access Guests can use the swimming pools in the house. The pools have been modernized. They can use only during the summer time and during Day. Other things to note The house has a 24h surveillance system with concierge and cameras
