A sunny, cozy & very well located and completely furnished apartment for you to enjoy a home away from home in Buenos Aires, Retiro neighbourhood. It has all you need, with WIFI, a Queen bed in the bedroom that can become 2 single beds, a couch bed and an under bed in the living room for extra sleeping space if needed. There is a smart TV with Netflix and it's great for business trips too. The space Hello there! I have a beautiful, sunny, cozy and central apartment to rent. It is around 38 sq meters big, with one bedroom, one living and dining room, a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. The price per month includes everything. It is warm (and cool in the summer) and quiet. It has very fast WI-FI internet, Flat Screen TV, washing machine, air conditioning, a bathtub and a desk for working. The Queen size bed can be 2 beds if needed, has sheets and duvet for winter and light covers for summer. The room has closets. There are also towels. In the kitchen: Microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, water boiler, stove, new stainless steel pans and kitchen nives, kitchenware for 4 people and everything you need to cook. In the living room it has a couch for 2 more people. There is also a table with 4 chairs, a desk for your work, and It is very pretty and warmly decorated. It is in a neighbourhood close to Plaza San Martin, the opera house El Colon, theatres, cinemas, close to buses, metro stops, restaurants and all you might need. It is quite a good spot for business people or students. It is not a ¨party apartment¨, I would prefer people who are careful, work or really study ;). Thank you! I am an Argentinian doctor, living between Germany and Mexico. I have a great assistant that helps me do the check ins, check outs, and support my guests as I live far from Buenos Aires right now. Her name is Jimena. There is only one contra I would mention and it is that there are some cockroaches in the building. We keep the place impeccably clean and do all we can to exterminate the poor bugs, but because of the building neighbourgs maybe, sometimes they come up at my apartment. If you have a phobia to these little animals, maybe you´d like to consider this. The water heater is electric, once someone takes a shower, you need to wait a bit until the water heats up again. Currently there is a construction in front of the building, they start working early in the morning until the afternoon. If you work online, it might bother you. Other than that, the apartment is lovely and very well located and we´ll do our best to help you have a great stay! Victoria. Guest access the whole apartment. Other things to note This apartment is located in a traditional building of Buenos Aires and the Retiro neighbourhood and dates back some 50 years. Despite the apartment being very light, recently fully renovated and modernised inside, the common areas of the Entrance hall / Stairwell do not have the grandure which they once had and show the years of ware. So if you are looking for a modern entrance hall, this apartment building might not be to your liking
