Welcome to my cozy and spacious apartment! It features one bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed (160x200 cm), a full bathroom with a bathtub, a bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. You’ll find all the essentials, including a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, air fryer, heating, and air conditioning. We also provide fresh towels and bed linens. Plus, there’s a dedicated workspace if you need to get some work done. The space The apartment is located in the Recoleta neighborhood, just one block away from Avenida 9 de Julio. It’s also very close to Corrientes Avenue, known for its theaters, and within easy reach of Puerto Madero, the ecological reserve, and the Palermo neighborhood, including shopping Alto Palermo. You’ll also find yourself near iconic landmarks like the Casa Rosada and just a few blocks from the historic San Telmo district. The location is truly fantastic, allowing you not only to stay and work comfortably, but also to explore all the best tourist attractions the city has to offer. Other things to note The building is known for its peaceful and quiet atmosphere, so we kindly ask our guests to respect the silence. Please note that smoking of any kind is not allowed in the apartment. We prefer guests who are looking for longer stays, ideally 2 weeks or a month, so they can truly settle in and enjoy everything the space has to offer
