Located in the Retirement Neighborhood, with amenities for 2 people, super equipped. It is 40 m² spacious, with a bright balcony to the street, with a modern design and details chosen especially with the guest in mind. It is secure, has managers, security cameras, and an electronic access lock. It has wifi, TV with Flow. Located for easy access from the Airports, Retiro bus terminal and Buquebus. The space “The Sunflower Apartment” is a dream of three women who represent 3 different generations, it is a beautiful adventure that we decided to undertake together and with you. We are happy to welcome you and are delighted to be your hosts in Buenos Aires. We want you to feel very comfortable in it and have a great desire to come back and recommend. They have available: - TV with Flow and cable in living room and bedroom - Central heating - Kitchen items, many appliances, infusions, condiments. - Bathroom items: Towels, liquid soap, shampoo, toilet paper, Hair dryer - Bedroom Elements: Double bed mattress with sheets, padding, pillows, additional blankets, cladding with hangers, Plasma TV, hot/cold split air conditioning, mirror and coat rack. - Balcony elements: table with 2 iron chairs, cushions, pots, silvers. - Living-dining elements: table with 4 chairs, mouse table with sofa, sofa bed and 1 seater, folding table, coat rack, plasma TV, air conditioning. - To spend a fun afternoon, if you do not choose to go out to tour we leave at your disposal Board games, books, matte equipment, infusions and if you prefer to go out to know the city we lend you a BOARD card with which you can get on each public transport. It is loaded and recharged in kiosks, subway station windows, train, buses, supermarkets, etc. Guest access - Terrace for washing and hanging clothes. If you prefer to hang your clothes in the Department we leave a folding tenders available Other things to note We hope that nothing will affect your stay but we are asking you to: - Enjoy the City and apartment very much - Take care of the apartment so that other guests can enjoy it as much as you!!! - Respect the Check-in time from 2 PM to 9 PM and the Check-out time from 10 AM. - Keep in mind that the apartment cannot be used as an office or receive visits that have not been registered as guests. - Use internet for legal purposes - Do not smoke inside but you can smoke on the balcony where there is a table with two chairs and an ashtray - From 8 PM to 8 AM be moderate with music and noise in general - Do not eat on beds - Do not leave the towels at the floor - Leave the apartment tidy, dishes washed and trash in the apartment hallway. - Have a great time in it !!!!
