Udaondo. 💻 In the heart of the Technology District, surrounded by companies such as Accenture, Mercado Libre. 🛒 Warehouses, bakeries and supermarkets just minutes away. 🚇 Subway H 6 blocks away: you can get to the center in minutes. 🚌 Metrobus on Av. Garay with access to the entire city. The space 🔹 The apartment is on the third floor by elevator and offers two comfortable, quiet and very bright environments. 🔹 It has a master bedroom with a double bed and a futon bed in the living room. 🔹 The Smart TV is located in the living area. 🔹 The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, electric oven, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine, everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay. 🔹 Full bathroom, with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. 🔹 Tip for your stay: The water heater is small, ideal for a shower of about 10 /15 min. We recommend mixing hot and cold water to make it last longer. If someone else showers afterwards, you need to wait a little while for it to recover its temperature. 🙌 🔹 Ventilation and natural light are the stars of the entire apartment, with windows in all rooms that fill every corner with clarity and freshness. The Av. Garay Metrobus is 5 minutes away, and 8 minutes away you can reach Subte H, which connects you to several lines, so you can get anywhere in a short time. 📶 The apartment has very good WiFi, so it is also a good option for those who need to work remotely or make video calls. 🚗 If you come by car, it's usually easy to find a place to park on the street. There are also private garages, a few blocks away if you prefer to leave it in a closed place.
