Welcome to this newly made space in April 2024. Check-in and check-out are autonomous. Check in after 3 pm, egreso 10 am. We do not hold luggage but we give you information that can be used to store your bags. We are careful and wish guests to be cared for. You can book for 1, 2 or 3 guests. The building itself is old, not too cute. The apartment is impeccable and new. There may be some noise from construction, neighboring apartments, or the elevator. The space Attention: there may be construction noises in the building from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. It is a large building of 3 bodies, which used to function as offices. Now many units were recycled for residential and temporary use. The building has old elevators that work well (the doors are manual and you have to close them well) Guest access Check-in is completely autonomous. There won't be anyone to receive or give you the keys. We have clear and detailed instructions so you can enter quickly and smoothly, and we'll guide you through the process from the Airbnb chat from 9 am to 8 pm. It is possible to enter at dawn or also leave at those times. In those cases, if you have an emergency, we have an emergency number. Important: Check-in takes several steps and it is essential to read the instructions in order to have a smooth check-in process. You'll need to use a virtual key the first time you enter the building. The apartment is in the second block. It is important that you do not take the first elevators. Then you'll need to open a key box, and then you'll have the keys in your possession to enter the apartment. It's not complicated, but you do need to read the instructions very carefully and clear up any doubts before checking in. Other things to note It is important to know that the bedding and beds that can be used are related to the number of people in the reservation. 2 people only the double bed and 2 bath towels 2 hand towels. If you use more clothes than are stored and not available in the closet, an additional guest charge will be applied. For bookings of 2 people, the double bed is left made up.
