Excellent modern style apartment. Kitchen integrated into the living room for 4 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, in the living room there is a sommier with a cart bed that opens from below, thus completing the 4 seats, this environment has a large window where we can see the majestic Avenida Córdoba. Other things to note The name of this neighborhood dates back to the chapel founded in 1733 by Don Domingo de Acasusso, on the corner of the current Carlos Pellegrini and Corrientes. The chapel was rebuilt in 1767 by Don Francisco de Araujo, and by Royal Decree of July 8, 1769, when the city was divided into six parishes, that of San Nicolás was erected as one of them. The place was destined for military exercises, becoming known as Plaza de Armas. The Artillery Park, built where the Courts building dating from 1910 is today, gave it the name of Plaza del Parque, until finally, by Ordinance of September 16, 1878, it acquired its definitive name.
