This like new well sized studio is located in an old building close to everything, making it easy to plan your visits. All utilities are included however, if you incur in your overage of the apartment electricity monthly bill you will be responsible for any difference (average electricity bill is 12.000 argentinian pesos and it's included). The space It was just fully renovated, has plenty of sunlight and is quiet and secure . Relax in this minimalist space well designed to fit two people very comfortably. Surrounded by the main avenues, cinemas, theaters, restaurants. Steps from the pedestrian Corrientes Av, the Obelisco and the Colón Theater as well as the most visited touristic attractions. Other things to note I have been living and hosting through Airbnb for many years in NY and I had the best experiences. 16 years later -with a dual citizenship I decided to do it again and make my guests happy and trouble free
