Super quiet, spacious, comfortable and centrally located. Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. It has a beautiful patio with a garden that gives a sense of breathing space to a ground floor apartment. It is ideal for those who cannot climb stairs or use elevators. It's very quiet and you can't hear the traffic. Room 1: hall with sofa bed. Room 2: bedroom Room 3: kitchen/dining room with sofa bed. Room 4: patio + full bathroom The space The apartment has multiple rooms! Room 1: hall with sofa bed and TV (can also be a studio) Room 2: bedroom with double bed and large storage spaces.
