Gorgeous BIG 1 br apartment available in the heart of San Telmo. Ideal for Couples on their Honeymoon or any other occasion. Our former renters LOVE the fact that there is a huge terrace in the middle of Buenos Aires, such a special treat to enjoy while sipping a glass of Argentine Wine! 80m2 (860 sqft) indoors also 80m2 (860 sqft) outdoors. 1 bedroom with queen bed, 2 twin sofa/beds in the living room. 2 full bathrooms. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, TV & wifi. The space COVID update: please wear a mask when meeting us and keep 6 feet distance. We sanitize before and after the guests leave. We respect the COVID guidelines. We do NOT accept any more than 4 guests at the apartment at any time. The apartment has always been sanitized, but now more than ever we are extra careful, to make sure our customers are safe, and we hope our guests are also being cautions too. The apartment has the best terrace in San Telmo, about 80m2 terrace, and 80m2 indoors (about 800sqft outdoors and also 80sqft indoors) Cable, TV and Wifi. washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen (oven/fridge/pats and pans, etc) dishwasher & microwaves oven. Fully furnished with chairs, tables and lots of beautiful plants & flowers. Ideal to enjoy all year round. Safety fence installed if children are there as well. The kitchen has: pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and mugs. So please, feel free to use all the items we have. Please note that this is a short term rental, so the apartment does not have specific kitchen supplies or particular items such as: music speakers, blenders, processors, coffee maker with particular shapes, kitchen gadgets, etc. You are welcome to bring on your own particular items that you use daily. Guest access Available up to 4 people and ideal for couples or families with kids (1 pack and play available upon request). **Note for parents with kids: We are careful and selective when renting our apartment to parents with children, particularly young children. We have had bad experiences so it is mandatory to follow our rules if you want to stay at our place. Inside the apartment: Do not play with balls, bats and sticks that can break furniture and walls. Do not use painting, crayons, color markers. Do not jump on furniture, including sofas, chairs and bed. Do not throw food on furniture, such as: sofas, chairs, bed. Do not feed the children on the sofa or bed. (We have two areas for eating, one dining table in the living room, and another table in the kitchen. Or use the table in the terrace when weather is nice.) Other things to note The furniture can NOT be moved around during the stay
