Hello! Welcome to our home, transformed into a loft complex for guests. This is a historic house in San Telmo, just a few blocks from the Obelisk, the city's historic center, and Puerto Madero. The area is safe and peaceful, with easy access to buses, metro, and subway. Surrounded by restaurants and beautiful spots, our home has been renovated with your comfort in mind. The space The loft accommodates up to 4 people: the living area is spacious, with a single bed used as a sofa during the day and another pull-out bed underneath. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guest access If you arrive by plane from Ezeiza, it's a 30-minute drive. If, instead, you arrive from Aerop. Jorge Newberry, it's a 20-minute drive. If you arrive at Retiro bus station, you'll arrive by car in 20 minutes. And if you come by Buquebus, you'll arrive in 15 minutes by car. If you decide to come by car, there is free parking available in the area Other things to note The cleaning fee includes: Welcome kit Bathroom kit Kitchen kit.
