It is located in a residential neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful, but has public transportation (bus and subway) nearby. The style of the house is handmade / rustic. It has 150 square meters . Large courtyard terrace. And a piano! The space The room is very bright , quiet and friendly . Ideal for people who wish to have their independent space. Guest access Wi Fi , air conditioning, heating, closet. No TV, but Netflix service . Public areas: courtyard, terrace, laundry ( featuring washing machine ), living room and kitchen. Private toilet and bathroom (with bath) shared . During your stay Only one person lives there (my mother, who is the co-hostess). We are available to solve any inconvenience you may have and to suggest tours, outings, visits to museums and tourist attractions in Buenos Aires. Also my have a cat, who is very quiet.
