Welcome to my apartment located in one of the best residential and gastronomic neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, Villa Devoto. Enjoy a unique stay, with easy access to strategic points in the city. The space 📍 Location: 5th floor, on the front. 📏 Size: Monoambiente of 35 m² ☀️ Bright and quiet: Located in the heart of the block, with a panoramic view. Spaces and Amenities 🛏️ Functionality: •Decoutable double bed, allowing the environment to be transformed into a living room. •Large balcony with a beautiful panoramic view. 🍽️ Fully-equipped kitchen: • Electric oven with 4 anaphes, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator. • Full crockery and utensils. 🛁 Full bathroom: •Toilet, bidet, shower, tub and towel warmer. 📡 Amenities included •Free Wi-Fi. •TV with cable and platforms (Disney, Amazon, Netflix, YouTube). • Split air conditioning, cold only, and a portable heater. • Set of towels and bedding (extra blankets and pillows) •Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, detergent, brush and hairdryer. ☕ Complimentary dry breakfast: It includes coffee, tea, sugar and sweetener. Also a welcome water bottle. 🚘 In case of availability and if you need a garage during your stay, I can offer you that service as an extra extra. The cost is $40 per stay, and per Airbnb policies, this charge is handled through the platform's Resolution Center. 🕐 Early check-in or late check-out: If you need to check in earlier or check out later, it can be arranged according to availability.
