Studio apartment located on an avenue on the border between Villa Devoto and Villa Pueyrredon, 3 blocks from the "Martín Rodríguez" square and 6 blocks from the "Arenales" square. About the apartment street up to 5 blocks all right we find several places for breakfast , supermarkets, gym, hairdresser, ice cream shop , pharmacy and so on. Super quiet and familiar neighborhood with easy arrival either by car , collective or train . The space The apartment is a family studio where parties or gatherings are NOT allowed. It is an apartment specifically for resting and spending a pleasant stay. The tenant is asked to comply with the rules of the place and to read them well. Thank you! Guest access The pool area is for the use of the guest(s) who booked it ONLY, since the apartment is for a maximum of two people. The SUM is not enabled for ARBNB guests at this time
