The space In a nice small and old building (1940) with marble stairs, high ceilings and large wood doors, this apartment has been recently renovated and decorated melting a colonial architecture with modern equipments and decoration. It is on the second and last floor (without elevator) of a building with only six units (two apartments per floor). It has been equipped for four guests (up to six people for a short stay - four adults and two children). It has a total covered area of 95 square meters, two balconies (one with a view on « Luis Sáenz Peña » Street, the other one with a view from the back of the building) and a terrace (access via the common area of the building) of 16 square meters. The living / dining room offers a table with six chairs, a SMARTTV 43' with Home Theatre / Stereo Hi-fi, air-conditioning Split cool / heat, a couch and three moderns armchairs. The kitchen is modern and opened on the dining room area. It is fully equipped: coffee-maker, toaster, electric kettle, electric oven, electric induction stove top, fridge with freezer, stools and other dishes and cooking utensils for six guests. It has a balcony and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has a Double bed (1,9 m * 1,4 m) and a ventilator. Each bedroom has storage, sheets and towels. There are a safety deposit box, Internet Wi-Fi in the apartment. Guest access The building hasn't extra services. It offers a terrace on its roof which has been divided in six parts (each apartment of the building has its own private terrace).
