In one of the most traditional neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, our apartment combines accessibility to sites of tourist interest and the slow pace of a neighboring area to the botanical garden of the city. In the middle of an area of varied cuisine, the property has everything you need to have an excellent short or long stay. Work tables and excellent WiFi. Nearby parking. Close to the Rural Exhibition Center The space The largest room is the kitchen/dining room with a large window and a large balcony with a table and chairs. It has a laundry room separate from the kitchen with a washing machine. Then there is a corridor with a large closet. Then the full bathroom. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a closet and a window with access to a balcony. The secondary bedroom has a closet with a single bed and a work table.
