Bright and modern apartment in Palermo Soho. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, shops and all means of transport. Floor 2 with balcony to the street. Recently remodeled with category details. The beds are comfortable and are equipped with white sheets hotel style. White blankets and padding, 400 threads for a pleasant rest. The single beds in the second room are special size (1 meter x 1, 90 meters) which makes them even more comfortable. Premium pillows in all beds. The master suite is spacious and has, like the other room, a mirrored desk and countertop to create pleasant grooming or work spaces. Spacious fittings in both rooms. Kitchen with everything new and top quality. If you are missing something call us and if possible we will take it as soon as possible!. Ice cream maker with freezer, filter coffee maker. Full crockery. The living room has a TV with Netflix and Youtube access ( If you do not have a Netflix key, we provide one!). In the living room there is an armchair that can be made into a bed in case you need it with measurements and amenities of a twin bed. The street balcony from the living room allows you to have an outdoor space, overlooking the wooded Jorge Luis Borges Street. The bathroom is newly renovated, with new appliances, bathtub and window that allows ideal ventilation. The building is quiet and small. Only two apartments per floor. If you need a cot for your baby, just order it in advance and we will put together the cot with mattress, sheets and towels so that even the little ones feel comfortable!
