This sunny, modern 2-bedroom apartment is ideally located 2 blocks from subway and buses, and 8 blocks from the Plaza Serrano. Supermarkets, shopping, and all conveniences are within a block or two. Since many of our guests work remotely, the apartment has 2 separate (nominal) 300mbps Internet connections from independent ISPs. In the event of an outage on one service, the other is available. The space With 2 queen-sized beds, the apartment is ideal for 2 friends or for a couple with kids. We do not recommend it for long-term stays by 4 adults. This architect-designed apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a traditional Buenos Aires building without elevator, accessed via 2 flights of wide, solid stairs. It has 550 square feet (50 square meters) of space. French doors in the living room and one bedroom open to a small balcony with abundant sunlight and unobstructed views of the neighborhood. MINIMUM RENTAL is 2 WEEKS. All taxes, utilities, and expenses are included in the rental price, as is weekly maid service with change of linens.
