We invite you to enjoy Buenos Aires by renting this 2 bedrooms apartment located in the stylish Recoleta district. With 80 sqm and a fantastic location, super close to buses and METRO, the apartment is suitable for 4 guests. The living room consists of a cozy sitting area with a sofa, TV and dinning table. There is a full kitchen, cold split Air Conditioner, 1 office room w/desk, small toilet and one complete bathroom. The space MINIMUM STAY: 4 NIGHTS WIFI speed 50 mbps CHECK IN AVAILABLE 24/7. During the day we will be happy to receive you in the apartment, and during the night you will need to pick up the keys on your way to the apartment. APARTMENT FEATURES • Smart 32' LCD, so you can log in to your streaming platform (no local tv) • Wi Fi Internet 50 Mbps . Hot & Cold split Air Conditioner in main room. • Full Equiped Kitchen with oven, toaster, tupperware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and all cooking utensils. • Refrigerator w/freezer. • King size bed in main room. • 2 individual beds in the second room. Rates include all taxes and expenses (building fees, electricity, gas & internet). The cleaning fee included in the rate is for the cleaning after check-out. Daily Housekeeping service available on demand, USD 40 per clean, including bed linen and towels change. For long stays, we recommend one per week. Finally, we will be happy to answer all your questions, and look forward being your hosts in Buenos Aires. Guest access CHECK IN AVAILABLE 24/7. During the day we will be happy to receive you in the apartment, and during the night (after 7:00 pm), or week-ends (or holidays) you will need to pick up the keys in a near location on your way to the apartment.
