French style building in a very important Avenue of the city. Located in the heart of Buenos Aires, just a couple of blocks from the Obelisco, Colon Theater, Galerias Pacifico mall, Recoleta & Puerto Madero Neighborhood’s, 15 minutes ride to San Telmo and so much more. Renewed stylish apartment that can host 4 guests in the middle of the city but with no noise at all! Excellent restaurants and bars nearby. Plenty of public transportation just around the corner. The space Renewed apartment in the heart of the city. It is a 60 square meters apartment, offering two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, a bathroom and toilette. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom, offers 2 single beds. We can host 4 guests. Located in the heart of the city, the area offers plenty of alternatives for tourists: Restaurants, Milion Bar (and Restaurant), Danzon Restaurant and Bar, Trade Sky Bar, Palacio Barolo and Cafe Tortoni. Just one block away, there is a big Supermarket, named DIA. We enjoy receiving all passengers from 8:30 am till 9 pm Monday through Sunday. The entry time is 2 pm and departure at 10 am. Unfortunately we will no be able to be flexible with other hours. Guest access The building does not have its own parking lot. There are many options near the apartment and a parking lot building right next to the property. The cost is additional and managed independently of the apartment. Other things to note The apartment has several elevators. To get to apartment E, you have to take the building's last elevator
