Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in downtown Buenos Aires, perfect for 4 guests, Recently-renovated apartment: two bedrooms, full bathroom and kitchen, enclosed sunny balcony. Central heating as well as AC and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Fully furnished for 4 guests, sleeps up to 6. Everything you need to feel right at home for a few days. 1 full and 3 twin beds, double sofa bed in the living room. A quiet spot in a central location. Parking on street is free. Private parking nearby The space Stay at a happy, renovated and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in a central location in Retiro, near Recoleta and the Colon Theatre, walking distance to Plaza San Martín, Florida street, Puerto Madero, Galerías Pacífico, the theater district and many restaurants and shops. The apartment is on a busy street but away from the street noise so very quiet. Central heating for winter, AC and ceiling fans in both bedrooms for summer. Compact full kitchen with Oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, electric kettle and toaster. We have updated to new pillows and Ikea duvet covers, all sheets are good quality cotton blend. Kitchen offers all you need to cook for up to 6 people as well as plates, glasses and cutlery. Pictures updated SEPTEMBER 2025 Living room with dining space for 4 sits up to 6, smart TV, sofa bed which opens into a comfortable double bed. The apartment is small, clean and has everything you need for 4 guests, and up to 6 maximum. Working space, 300 mega wifi in every room. Smaller bedroom features a full double bed, one closet, window doors which open into the balcony, enclosed so you can enjoy it year-round. Ceiling fan and AC. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an additional trolley bed, all with 90cm x 1.90 m x 18 cm mattresses, one closet, window doors open into the same balcony. Fan and AC. Full bathroom with bidet, bathtub, window. Hairdryer. The space is in excellent condition, renovated and decorated to make sure you feel at home. We have renovated the linens, with 6 new pillows and new Ikea duvet covers and pillow cases. All bedsheets are a good quality cotton blend. We provide towels for each guest. We will provide basics for the first couple of days: detergent, soap, shampoo&conditioner, toilet paper (4), coffee, tea, mate, some crackers and fresh fruit. You can find a mini supermarket and a candy store open 24/7 right outside the door to get all the basics you will need for your stay. Cafes, restaurants and many take out/delivery options in the area. Professionally cleaned before you arrive, also weekly complimentary cleaning service offered for longer stays. There are several parking garages on the same block with daily or hourly rates. You will find pictures and updated prices with the photos. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment Other things to note Good quality wi fi throughout the apartment. Small pets allowed with a small cleaning fee ($25) Additional cleaning can be arranged for $30. This is a private apartment, so you will need to buy supplies at the shops next door. We will provide toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, detergent, garbage bags, coffee and tea for the first day, so you don’t need to get provisional right away
