This is the perfect location to move around, steps from the tourist heart of the City. You'll enjoy being so easy to get by, you'll love the sun and brightness and the confortable amplitude of this welcoming space. Welcome to Pleasant home in Buenos Aires's heart! The space At the 5th floor of a traditional '50th building, this recently fully renewed apartment has a luminous and comfy king size corner ensuite bedroom. A second bedroom with two single beds and a next door full bathroom. Small well fitted kitchen, integrated with the dining area, french balcony, spacious living room with a 43'' flat smartTV (if you like bring your AppleTV or Chromecast or HDMI cable) Air-conditioning and central heating in all rooms. New double-glass window openings noise and thermal resistant. Even though is very busy during the day, its a quiet, silent and calm apartment. Very bright, well organized, practical and efficient. Doorman service from 8AM an 8PM (SEE FLOOR PLAN) Other things to note These are a few recommendations, so that everything runs in the best possible way and you do not find it difficult accommodating in this space. CHECK IN its done always after 2pm, so that we have time to clean up and organize the place before your arrival in the event that another guest has left that same day. We are flexible and there is always the possibility of other arrangements. CHECK OUT normally the departure of the guests is until 10 am, for the same reasons .. SMOKING we ask and even beg not to smoke anywhere in the apartment, the only possibility is to do it on the French balcony and with closed doors. GARBAGE next to the elevator door there is a third white door, inside there are two bins: one for clean recyclables (bottles, glass, cans, paper, cardboard, plastics) and another for all the rest. KEYS upon arrival we'll show you the use of the keys. The keys with the blue plastic are condo property, if they are lost theres a fairly complex process to acquire others ... please take care of them !!! WINDOWS have double glazing and protect from noise and heat, however it is convenient to lower the blinds on sunny days. And don’t leave glass panes open, there might be sudden rain or even birds flying in!! KITCHEN I think the most important thing is to have you remember to verify that the oven and the electric stove are turned off when you leave ... In the second drawer there are instruction manuals for each of the appliances, including the laundry machine. Generally, whoever receives you will be able to clarify any questions you may have. You will find the basics to prepare a good breakfast or a fast and easy meal in the lower cupboard and in the drawers. There is a toaster, juicer, blender, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, also electric kettle for tea or mate. An excellent electric oven, very powerful, and microwaves. I usually leave all appliances unplugged. There are cleaning products, in the large closet of the suite’s bathroom and under the kitchen sink you will find garbage bags and other cleaning items. AIR CONDITIONING there are three devices and each one has its own remote control. Please remember to turn them off when you leave the apartment. And naturally also turn off the lights ... I don't know if you know that in Argentina the rates have increased geometrically lately. PLUGS the electric power is 220v. and the plugs are the Argentine pattern, but they also serve two cylindrical legs. LINENS every new guests the sheets and towels are changed, for longer periods, the change is done weekly (every 7 days). Each guest receives a large bath towel and a hand towel. We strongly ask that they be used only for these purpose and not to clean makeup or other purposes. We were very picky in the choice of bed and bath linen looking for the best quality, for the comfort of our guests, and we would like to continue like this: prioritizing quality. BATHROOM in the suite's bath and because has natural ventilation we have installed a retractable rope to dry some clothes. When doing it, leave the window open. WATER HEATER is electric and has a capacity of 80 liters. When the hot water runs out it takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes (depending on the external temperature) to reheat.
