Bright Ph with private terrace in an ideal location in the old town of San Isidro. The house is restored to new and has two floors. Upstairs is the terrace with barbecue and outdoor table for 8 people where you can enjoy eternal sunsets. The ground floor has a small garden, two bedrooms, each for two people, full bathroom and living room with integrated kitchen. The house is fully equipped for 8 people. The space Ideal location, meters from Centennial Avenue, and from San Isidro Railway Station and its shopping center. Equipped with anafe, electric oven, full dishes, kitchen items, wifi, refrigerator, heating, bed linens and towels. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom attached, has a queen bed. The second bedroom is attached to the first bedroom. This means that to pass the second bedroom you have to pass through the first bedroom. The second bedroom does not have AC. Both bedrooms are connected by a winter garden which provides lots of natural light. Undoubtedly, a very quiet place with an excellent location. Guest access The idea is for the guest to feel at home, so they can use the home as if it were their own. Other things to note Beautiful ph located in a spectacular area of San Isidro. - Late check-in between 8pm and 12am costs $20 to be paid upon arrival. - Each extra hour of delay not reported after the agreed check-in time will cost $10. The delay must be reported at least 2 hours in advance. - Loss of keys has an extra cost of $50 USD. If the key is left in the lock inside the apartment, the cost of the locksmith will be borne by the guest. - For long stays after 15 nights, an additional cleaning service is required at least once in the middle of the reservation. For stays longer than one month, cleaning service is required every other week. - No smoking and parties/events. There will be a $200 USD penalty for non-compliance
