Recently renovated 2-bdr apt downtown BA. Modern, late art-deco style building with elevator: ideal for a family of 4 or friends traveling together. Natural lighting, hardwood floors, high ceilings & brand new furniture: this apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay in BA! Strategically located: walking distance from all subway lines, Plaza de Mayo, Corrientes Av, Puerto Madero, few minutes walk to San Telmo, Recoleta, groceries, restaurants and bars. Friendly door staff. The space ABOUT THE SPACE: The spacious 5th floor , (76 m2) square meters’ apartment is located in micro-centro, the best area of BA. The apartment is on the 5 floor facing Reconquista Street which is a pedestrian street, and some authorized vehicles are allowed . The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, brand new refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, electrical water kettle, dishes, microwave pots and pans, cutlery and kitchenware. In addition, the apartment is equipped with high speed broadband Wi-Fi Internet, ample closet space, safe deposit box, fire extinguisher at the entrance of the apartment, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, and a hot/cold air-conditioning unit. Washing machine and a dedicated area for air drying. The well located and late art-deco style building has a spacious main entrance and, friendly door staff during the week days (Mon-Friday). WEEK DOOR STAFF (Monday-Friday): -we have door staff from 8 am until 8 pm. WEEKEND DOOR STAFF: - Morning staff from 8 AM to 12:30 pm on saturday -No staff on Sunday/holidays Guest access You will have the entire apartment for yourself. The nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. All other guest’s (3-4) will need to be added to your reservation for an additional fee. We can accommodate up to 5 guests. Please see below: The apartment has 2 bedrooms 1) double bed (we can not separate this bed). 2) 2 twin beds. If you have a 5th guest we will provide extra bedding for the 5 guests to sleep in the living room sofa. We DO not accept unauthorized guests at any time during your stay. For security purposes: -Only the guests that are on the reservation are allowed to enter the building and the apartment. - All guests should register with us prior to entering the building so we can register all guests with the staff at the door. -NO unauthorized guests at ANY time during your stay. Other things to note BUILDING STAFF: WEEK DAYS (Monday to friday) -door staff from 8 am until 8pm WEEKEND/HOLIDAYS: - door staff 8am to 12:30 pm (saturday) -no door staff (Sunday/holidays). Please check with us in advance if you will need extra keys (available upon request in advance). or if you have any questions regarding staff schedule. Many thanks! AIPORT SHUTTLE: We have a dedicated family taxi driver (Francisco) who can be reserved for a fixed fee to pick you up from the airport and take you back at the end of your stay. We highly recommend to book him in advance and we will provide all details after you book with us. He also has keys to let you in, which is EXTREMELY convenient for our guests to be granted access to the apartment as “self” check in, especially if you are arriving or departing outside the check in window (3pm -8pm). CHECK IN: is from 3pm to 8pm. If you are arriving to the building after 8pm it needs to be pre-arranged with your host. We can reserve an airport pick up in advance and have the family driver open the building for you. Please make sure to communicate with your host if you are arriving after 8pm. Thank you
