Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Villa Ortuzar! You will be able to experience Buenos Aires as a local. Close to trendiest restaurants and bars, one of the most bohemian neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. The apartment is fully equipped and very well decorated for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms and a balcony with beautiful views. Tronador metro station just 100 meters away, surrounded by excellent gastronomy and the tranquility and excellent location of the beautiful neighborhood of Villa Ortuzar. Located in the heart of the city, Villa Ortuzar offers a sense of peace and quiet that spans its tree-lined streets and plazas. The apartment is just 100 meters from Tronador Metro Station and 100 meters from Jumbo Hypermarket, where you can buy anything you need. The neighborhood is located near important avenues such as Avenida Triunvirato and Avenida de los Constituyentes, and has several public transport lines nearby (subway and collective) that will take you anywhere in the city, which facilitates access to the main tourist spots in Buenos Aires, such as the Obelisco, Teatro Colón and Avenida Corrientes. You will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants of all kinds, from small bars and coffee shops to gourmet restaurants, which extends to the surrounding neighborhoods such as Colegiales, Chacarita, Villa Crespo, Villa Urquiza, with delicious and authentic dishes of Argentine cuisine, and international cuisine. Other things to note Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Villa Ortuzar! IMPORTANT: - We will give them two sets of keys to the LALA apartment that have more comfort. Please take care of the keys♥️, what to make new has an additional value. - in the rooms there are electric stoves. DO NOT COVER IT WITH ANYTHING! AND TURN IT OFF AND UNPLUG WHEN THEY STOP USING IT. - the airs are just cold! - The calefon is located on maximo. They can touch the knobs to lower it or climb it. Do not turn it off or touch any more knobs. The calefon turns on when the hot water pins open and then turns off. It is automatic. - in the bathtub you see a plastic box stuck: do not remove it! That box prevents water from coming together and allows it to run instead of falling to the floor. - The two water keys that are located behind the microwave furniture in the kitchen SHOULD NOT BE OPENED FOR ANY REASON. - The cart bed that is located in the office room, must be used in the down position. It IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO UPLOAD IT FOR THE SECURITY of the tenants. There is a set of sheets inside the placard. - While there is a grille on the balcony, try not to peek too much for your own and others' safety. Smoking ● is only possible on the balcony, it is not allowed inside the apartment. ● Of course you can have a meeting with a friend, but parties are not allowed, we are respectful of our neighbors. Take care of the noise, especially at night. ● No guests who have not been previously registered are not allowed. hosts as well as we did not allow bookings made by one user for another's stay. It is against Airbnb policies. ● Please take care of the apartment as if it was your own, so that future guests can enjoy it like you :) ● There are 4 chairs around the table but you will find 2 more inside the main room placard. ● We recommend after using the shower, open the window for good ventilation of the bathroom. ● Inside the placard you can find some warm blankets in case you need it. ● Behind the “home sweet home” painting is the electric board for any inconvenience. Avoid tampering with it. ● If you need to change the trash, you will find clean bags in the kitchen drawer. The dirty bag should be thrown in the trash room on the mezzanine of the apartment lobby. ● No pets of any kind are allowed in the apartment. ● Bathroom: do not throw anything that is not due to the toilet, for this there is a tacho of trash in bathroom. ● Kitchenware: Plates and cups are stored in the cupboards upper. The cutlery are in the drawer and the pans are in the cupboard. Use what you want to cook your favorite dishes. ● Water and electricity: Use water and light responsibly ● At the end of your stay, we would be very helpful if you wash dishes and utensils kitchen used.
