¡Experience the best of Buenos Aires from this comfortable apartment on Avenida Corrientes! Located in the heart of the city, enjoy the urban energy without sacrificing peace. Great for exploring theaters, restaurants and night or day life. Take advantage of the beautiful view from the ninth floor, ¡Book now and immerse in the life of Buenos Aires! The space This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the city of Buenos Aires. It is located on Avenida Corrientes, between 1600 and 1700. The area is perfect for any reason you are visiting the city or whether you are staying for a long time. Category restaurants, bathers, theaters, cinemas, shoppings, fast food places, government buildings, means of transportation, all within walking distance and more! The place has 5 rooms, all quite spacious and well lit. The building entrance leads straight to the Avenue and has two elevators to access once we pass the lobby. The first atmosphere we find is the living room, the brightest room in the apartment, quite large with place for 5 people, cold/heat air conditioning, exit to the balcony and 60 inch TV. From the dining room we can pass into the room of a square, with a placard and a light table, and apart a small en-suite bathroom. Next door we connect to the full kitchen with oven, hot water, fridge, microwave and more. Leaving the kitchen we are going to collide with the corridor that connects us the two rooms and the full bathroom. On the left, the room with two single beds that can be put together to create a double, its respective placard and view to the back of the city. On the right, the master bedroom with a double bed, 40 inch television and access to the balcony. These last two rooms feature ceiling fans and all bedrooms with heating plates (floor fans and extra blankets are available separately). Finally, we go out to the balcony, and my favorite part of the apartment, and we are going to find an incredible view of Buenos Aires and the beautiful and painter Avenida Corrientes. At night especially, it is unmissable! Bring a lot of memories if you ever lived in the area. In conclusion, it is a very good place located and ambient to come to know Buenos Aires or stay to live. Ideal for families or a group of friends looking for a comfortable, cute but accessible and central place to come to discover the city. Other things to note In an emergency or if you can't coordinate, the keys may have to be searched for in Recoleta or Villa Crespo. Upon confirmation of the reservation, a number of details may be requested including, but not limited to, government identification information and documentation photography of all guests of legal age. This information is required to comply with the regulations of the establishment.
