Exposed brick walls, Carrara marble stairs, and an array of carefully selected vintage furnishings create a one-of-a-kind ambiance. The bottom floor consists living room, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom and an internal patio. In the middle floor you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The top floor consist of a 3rd bedroom/office, half bathroom, complete laundry room and 300sf terrace with a barbecue.
