The terrace use time is until 22,30 on week days and 12,00 on weekends, and loud music is not allowed. Is not allowed to smoke weed or any ilegal droug in the terrace or any part of the flat. Guest access This is a great apartment in the best location, featuring a private terrace, but it’s important to note that it's located in a family-oriented building. We do not allow parties or groups of 8 adults, and we ask that you keep noise to a minimum. The private terrace can be used until 10:30 PM on weekdays and until midnight on weekends. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the terrace, including marijuana or any other illegal substances.
