House in the most beautiful residential area of San Isidro, surrounded by trees and very quiet. Front flower garden, patio and back garden with pool. Full of art and light! Very comfortable and functional. Made new 6 years ago. The space I am a photographer,landscape artist and art collector, my house is colmanda of beautiful objects and paintings. I love the garden and growing old roses and native plants. I have a patio with fountain and lots of pots. A grill and a mud oven. Also a cottage for children and old games. A pool that looks like a fountain. It's a house that seems to be immersed in the countryside! Guest access The house has a pergola for parking cars. A front garden with a fountain and benches of majolica. A patio accessed from the daily dining room for breakfast or lunch outside. A central patio with a table and benches, also with a fountain and under the shade of a tree. A back garden with a veranda and with a fireplace grill, grassy area. Ten meters long pool with benches and repository. . A semi covered in addition to the gallery for the roasts. The house has a large living room, a play room with smart TV and access to wiffi throughout the whole house. Integrated kitchen with front garden exit. Laundry room and service patio. On the ground floor two rooms with access to the back garden that share a bathroom. Upstairs : A room with a king size bed and a lot of light, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. Cleaning and cooking service upon request. Gardener and pool. Other things to note The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors very respectful. You can walk around the surrounding areas and enjoy the tree-lined streets. Very close by is a golf course where you can run around. And a few blocks away a shopping area with everything you need to walk to in five minutes
