The space The apartment is located in one of the most distinguished neighborhoods of the city, close to several points of tourist interest and with great historical value such as the Recoleta Cemetery, Basilica del Pilar, Av Alvear, among others. It is nearby important touristic points as the Recoleta Cementery, Basilica del Pilar, Av. Alvear, among others. As well as, a large number of National Museums and parks. Easy access for public transportation. Guest access Easy access by public transport (buses 10, 17, 37, 59, 67, 102, 110, 124, 130), subway (line D - green: stop Av. Callao and Cordoba; line H - yellow: stops Las Heras and Pueyrredon or Faculty of Law). In long periods of accommodation (one month or more), the service will include a maid once a week. In large periods of time (one month or longer), house keeping is included. Easy access for public transportation (buses lines number 10, 17, 37, 59, 67, 102, 110, 124, 130), subway/tube/metro (line "D" - green: stop Av. Callao y Cordoba; line "H" - yellow: stops Las Heras y Pueyrredon o "Facultad de Derecho"/ Law University). Other things to note The apartment is fully furnished. Refaccionado completamente. The apt is totally furnished and well maintained. Doorman: Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 12 and from 17:00 to 20:30 hrs. Weekends: 24-hour security (Sundays until 8pm). Doorman: Mon-Fri 7:30 until noon and 5pm until 8:30pm. Weekends: Security guard 24 houres (Sundays until 8pm)
