Modern, bright and practical house. Excellent location on the Ramal Tigre. Ideal for its proximity to downtown Tigre, coastal walk, buses and a few blocks to the Mitre railway, clubs, tennis courts, paddle and soccer for rent. Private neighborhood with a square, playground for children and its own soccer field. Fully equipped. Generator. Air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, 3 smart TVs with Flow and Disney+, gallery with living room, bar, grill, table for 8, ping pong table, pool and automated irrigation The space La Escondida neighborhood: beautiful living room, wood-burning fireplace, water-lacquered wood floors and restored antique furniture. Family on the top floor with armchair bed with 32"TV with Flow cable TV with large work desk and playroom on the top floor with modern armchair and Smart TV 50" 4K UHD with Flow cable and Disney+ and game table. Each room has a chest of drawers and a place to hang clothes. Master bedroom has a 40"smart TV with Flow cable and Disney plus. The spacious outdoor gallery has 3 large armchairs and a table for 8 people. Generator for power outages. The house is equipped with dishes for 10 people, microwave, electric oven, electric kettle, food processor, sandwich maker, Nespresso and drip coffee maker, mini blender, toaster, juicer, blender, air fryer, yogurt maker, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, ping pong table and two adult bicycles. Guest access The house is available complete, as well as the garden and the equipment of the gated neighborhood with its playground and soccer field, with the exception of a single room on the top floor which is my studio that is locked without access. The house has an optimal capacity for 5 people and maximum for 9 if the beds with lower carts and the family with a sofa bed are considered. There are no bars in the pool.
