Casa Basílico is a modern and bright home in the heart of Palermo, designed for groups traveling together. With 6 rooms and spacious common areas —a patio, rooftop terrace with a grill, and a fully equipped kitchen— it's perfect for families, friends, or work teams who want to enjoy Buenos Aires feeling right at home. Warm hospitality, comfort, privacy, and good vibes for an unforgettable stay. The space Casa Basílico is a modern and spacious guest house, full of light and good energy, located in the heart of Palermo. Designed especially for groups who want to enjoy Buenos Aires in comfort and with a homely atmosphere — like a home away from home. The house has 6 rooms: 1 single, 3 double rooms, and 2 rooms that can be set up as triple, quadruple, or even quintuple, depending on your group’s needs. In total, we can accommodate up to 17 people comfortably. Each room has a private bathroom, and there are 3 additional shared bathrooms with showers, plus one extra toilet on the ground floor. There’s a large and fully equipped kitchen, a bright daily dining area, a cozy living room, a charming patio, and a beautiful rooftop terrace with a grill — perfect for barbecues, listening to music, or relaxing in the sun. Casa Basílico can be rented by the room (as a guest house) or entirely for private groups. When booked entirely, it still functions as a guest house — and that’s why our two lovely hosts, Ara and Lu, live in the house. They are 25 years old, speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and are always around to assist you, answer questions, and help you feel at home. Their presence has always been highly appreciated by past guests. Weekday cleaning is included (Monday to Friday), so you can focus on enjoying the city and your time together. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access When you book Casa Basílico as a whole, your group will have exclusive access to the entire property. You’ll enjoy our large, fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, full tableware and coffee makers for up to 17 people), a cozy daily dining room perfect for shared meals, a comfortable living room with TV and sound system, a spacious patio, and a beautiful terrace with a barbecue grill, tables, and plenty of space to relax or gather outdoors. You’ll also have access to the three shared bathrooms and the six bedrooms with private bathrooms. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. Other things to note All rooms are located on the first or second floor and are accessible by stairs. We're happy to help with luggage upon arrival. Parties and events are not allowed unless arranged in advance with us — feel free to reach out if you have something in mind. Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas. Common areas are cleaned Monday through Friday to ensure a comfortable and tidy stay. The house is fully equipped for large groups, with complete kitchenware, appliances, and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home.
