We invite you to stay in our cozy studio apartment. APARTMENT B is located on the first floor by stairs. SELF CHECK-IN by picking up the keys at the bar downstairs, every day except Sundays. Located in a commercial area, it can be a bit noisy. A 7-minute walk to the VÓRTERIX THEATER and 19 minutes to the MOVISTAR ARENA. There is a growing gastronomic, artistic and musical scene, as well as green spaces and quiet streets for walking. *The location is a bit noisy because it is on an avenue, we have blinds that reduce the sound from the street. *The Wi-Fi is of high quality, enabling HD video calls. *For check-out, you can drop the keys off through a hole in the street door at a time that works for you
