This space has been designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Fully Equipped Kitchen Imagine the freedom to prepare your favorite meals in a kitchen that has everything you need. From full dishes to an electric oven, stove, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Whether you want to prepare a delicious breakfast, a quick lunch, or a special dinner, you have everything you need at your disposal. A space to enjoy Our studio is a cozy and comfortable space. The table with three chairs is perfect for enjoying your meals or working comfortably. The two comfortable armchairs invite you to relax while watching your favorite program on the smart TV. The hot/cold air conditioning ensures that your stay is always pleasant. Sweet dreams In the most intimate corner of our studio, you will find a lovely double bed. It is equipped with sets of sheets and soft blankets so you can have unparalleled nights of rest. The large closet with sliding doors gives you more than enough space to store your belongings and feel at home. Relaxing Bathroom The full bathroom with bathtub and bidet is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. Information on electricity consumption for long-term stays: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest! To ensure a comfortable and environmentally responsible experience, we inform you that for reservations of 20 days or more, we apply an electricity consumption policy. If electricity use exceeds 500 kWh during your stay, an additional charge may apply for excess consumption. This measure helps us promote efficient energy use, which we value very much. We appreciate your cooperation and we're here to help if you have any questions. We're here to make sure you have a great stay! Guest access The key is removed from a box with a code on the door of the apartment that we provide once the reservation is made and the information of the guests staying (ID or PASSPORT) is sent Only clarification: The building is not a hotel.
