Hello Travelers! Our Studio is close to the forests in one of the most beautiful places in Palermo and half a block of means of transport. You will find everything you need to relax or work, a Queen bed, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen with oven, TV, wifi. Within an area of coquettes and exclusive restaurants, typical bars and breweries, supermarkets, shoppings, museums, cinemas and magnificent museums. If you are looking to stay in Palermo here I will be waiting for you!! The space I just renovated my apartment and my daughter told me: why not rent by AIRBNB? And here I'm doing my first experience! I hope you enjoy it in the most glamorous neighborhood in Buenos Aires!! It's a lovely area, half a block from Avda. Las Heras with means of Transport, gourmet restaurants, cafes, breweries and boutiques and Shopping Alcorta y Alto Palermo. I've been living in Palermo for years and it always surprises me, I learn and find something new every day. If you're a museum fan, we're close to the MALLOW, Decorative Art and Evita, a little further from the Fine Arts with fantastic touring exhibitions. On weekends you can stroll through the lakes and forests of Palermo, visit the Japanese Garden or the Botanical Gardens or do outdoor running. If it rains, plan “B”: cinema or shopping very close. Crossing Avda. Libertador is Palermo Chico, a little Paris in Buenos Aires. The apartment is 40m, functional, with modern design. Everything is new and works very well (real!). The balcony, full of light and sun, where is the bedroom sector with double bed and light table, spacious and comfortable placard, integrated kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, air extractor, cold/heat air conditioning, electric jug and microwave. Wifi and TV. Full bathroom, with bathtub and bidet. Bed linens and towels. Hot water by electric thermo-tank. For the safety of visitors there is a gas, monoxide and smoke detector. I hope they like it and enjoy this experience! Guest access We have an elevator and stairs. Other things to note We are a few blocks from Avda del Libertador y los Bosques de Palermo, half a block away there is an important square in one of the most beautiful areas of Buenos Aires. It is a quiet and cozy building. Next to the Jardin Botanico, Parque ecológico (Ex Zoo), two important shopping centers, supermarkets, bars, theme cafes and restaurants in the most beautiful and residential part of Palermo
