The space The apartment is located on Zapata&Santos Dumont st., on a 4th floor facing a quiet and open back front, with a wooded view. You can enjoy its balcony with natural light all day long! APARTMENT FEATURES: *Living dining room with smart TV with cable, black out curtain, AC cold heat, exit to the balcony. *Integrated and equipped kitchen with: Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, gas stove and built-in electric oven, extractor, refrigerator with freezer. *Bedroom with divider panel, double bed of 1.40 mts wide x 1.90 mts long, AC hot and cold, black out curtains, exit to the balcony. *Placard with hangers and drawers. Iron *Full bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. *WIFI 300 MB *Towels and sheets included *Free washing machine in the building. Cleaning service available (not included, cost to be paid by the guest). For long stays we recommend one every 15 days. Everything you need to feel at ease in a comfortable, warm and practical place! Secure building with elevator. - The baby crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be payed to cover its transfer - Guest access The building has a free washing machine on the last floor Other things to note Check-out should be at 10 am, and check in at 2 pm.
