Full kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, electric rack and oven. Full bathroom with a tub. The building has Laundry, I pay with chips. Other things to note Rental includes monthly consumption of electricity up to 200 kwh per month (Normal consumption). If the consumption were higher the tenant must pay the difference. The price for each extra Kwh is $100 Argentine pesos approximately
