Co-working room in the building. The space The apartment with its modern design of clean lines and minimalist decor that enjoys a privileged location offering the perfect base to explore the city of Buenos Aires. It has a back-facing balcony with an open relaxing view. * Air conditioner / Heating with individual control. * 32" Smart TV. * WIFI with high speed of 300MB. * Black-out curtains. * Table with chairs. * Double bed. * Pure cotton sheets and towels. * Coffee machine. * Fridge with freezer. * Electric oven with stove. * Electric kettle, toaster. * Bathroom with hairdryer. * Fully furnished balcony with a view into courtyard. * Housekeeping service available (is not included, you have to pay for this service- for long stays, we recommend every 2 weeks.) Building with elevator. Guest access The building has: *Outdoor swimming pool on the ground floor. Other things to note Check-out will be at 10 am, and check in at 2 pm onwards Check-in during between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am has an extra cost of USD 20, that should be payable in cash upon check-in.
