The space The apartment is a studio with a semi-independent kitchen, extremely bright with windows on two sides (cross ventilation ideal for rest), comfortable and with a large window with an open urban view and facing the sunset. It has a modern design and a main window that connects with the balcony terrace. The outdoor space is large and very special because of the effect on the treetops of the street. Spacious and beautiful to enjoy the outdoors, with a sunset view, and ideal for dinner on summer nights. The double bed is queen size. For days with extreme weather, it has hot/cold air conditioning.
