Welcome to this cozy studio in the heart of Palermo, Buenos Aires. a prime location for your stay. BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS brand new (45 mts), in the heart of Palermo Soho, with bright window and tomorrow's sun. The location is counter facing, very quiet. View of pools of other buildings and trees. Fully equipped, this space offers you the perfect combination of comfort, tranquility and convenience to make the most of your stay in the city. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in: 11am to 8pm Check out: 11am Check in: If a guest arrives before 11 am, and the property is unoccupied, the guest may occupy the property before the check in time without extra charge. If the property is occupied, they should wait until the check in time to occupy the property. If guest wish to guarantee the availability of the property for an earlier check in time, we suggest making your reservation for one day prior to your anticipated arrival. Check out: If a guest has a departure scheduled for after 11 am, and the property has no other immediate reservation, the guest may remain at the property until the most convenient check out time without extra charge. If there is an immediate reservation for the property, guests should check out at 11am. If a guest wishes to guarantee the availability of the property for a later check out time, we suggest making your reservation for one day after your anticipated departure. EARLY CHECK IN - LATE CHECK IN: Self check in. We deliver keys regularly from 9am to 8pm. If you will be arriving to the apartment before 9am or after 8pm, please let us know in order to make special arrangements. We do not deliver keys from midnight to 7 am . There’s a self check in option if you Need to arrive suiting that time. LONG STAYS For longer stays (+10 days) we request to do a cleaning, every 10 days, for as long as the stay lasts. This cleaning has an additional cost to be paid by the guest. The purpose of this is to maintain the apartment as lovely and cozy as you found it, we’ll deep clean the apartment and also change bedding and towels. For one month stays or more there’s a top in electricity bill
