Located in the best area of Palermo Soho, close to La Rural and the Botanical Garden. Just a few meters from the “D” subway line, trains, and buses on Santa Fe Avenue and Juan B. Justo. This warm and bright space will make you fall in love with the neighborhood and the amenities it offers. The space Modern studio located on the 7th floor at the rear of the building, on Güemes and Thames streets, with a semi-integrated kitchen. Equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays. Beautiful balcony with table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or wine, and an open and peaceful view. We have: * Split air conditioning with heating/cooling. * 300 MB Wi-Fi connection. Comfortable desk for working. * TV with FLOW decoder. * Blackout curtains. * Dining table with 3 chairs. * Two twin-size box springs, 80 cm wide x 1.90 meters long, or one king-size box spring, 1.80 meters wide x 1.90 meters long, depending on the guest's requirements. * Kitchen equipped with: toaster, electric kettle, microwave, electric coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and two electric burners. * Full bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. * Closet with hangers and iron. Cleaning service is not included but can be requested at an extra cost. For long stays, we recommend cleaning service every 15 days. *Baby crib available with mattress and sheets. -For stays of up to 15 nights: USD 20 -For stays of 16 to 30 nights: USD 35 -For stays longer than 30 nights: please inquire about price Subject to availability.
