Modern apartment, 400 meters from the Obelisk and close to historical points of Buenos Aires. Bright and private, new. The location is super central. It is 38 m² plus balcony, with air conditioning and cable TV. 4 blocks from the Obelisk, 2 from Av. Corrientes and 2 from Av. 9 de Julio. You can walk to cinemas, theaters, cafes, restaurants, museums, discos and everything that Buenos Aires has to offer. In addition, it has 3 subway lines and many bus options. The space The photos are current and 100% real! You will have help from my co-host Estela who lives very close! Guest access Parking 30 meters from the building, at Bartolomé Mitre 1332, there is an excellent garage with very good prices, where you can leave your vehicle comfortably and safely. The 24-hour stay for cars costs approximately 4 USD. 50 meters from the building, at Talcahuano 52, is the Lennox Hotel, where you can have breakfast and enjoy an excellent lobby and bar, ideal for meetings, working in a stylish environment or just hanging out. Other things to note Our check-in is after 3pm until 9pm. If you need a night schedule, let us know and we will send you a request for late check-in funds for 40 USD, so we can assign someone to wait for you. The space is not suitable for meetings or parties and is only for adults or adults with children over 15 years of age. After 10:00 PM, loud music or annoying noises are not allowed. The cleaning fee included covers only the cleaning before each check-in. Please let us know if there are any details left to correct; we strive to clean, but there may always be something that the staff has not seen. The cleaning fee does not include periodic cleaning or additional entry to your apartment
